The hotel was lovely welcoming, we would recomand it to anyone. Had 2 nights in Marietta, spending our time here lovely. The excellent service and the attention to detail!

Pam and Dallas were fantastic hosts. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Hospitality and breakfast were fantastic. Hominess and comfort of the room. Welcoming and friendly hosts. Quincy the dog. Above and beyond information. Delicious food.

This place is conveniently located near restaurants, attractions, and the bike trail, making it easy to explore the area.

The B&B we stayed at was a perfect location for exploring the bike trail along the river. We enjoyed the convenience of being just across the river from the trail and were able to easily access it for our biking adventure. The rooms were nicely appointed and each had their own bathroom, providing comfort and privacy. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, with options like spinach and egg frittatas.

The only downside was that there were limited options for dinner within walking distance of the B&B.

My friends and I had an amazing stay at a charming B&B located just a few blocks from the scenic bike trail. The rooms were beautifully appointed, with their own bathrooms and AC. We loved gathering in the comfortable sitting room and enjoying the delicious breakfast served at a grand table. The hosts even accommodated our dietary restrictions. Our three days spent exploring the town and nearby attractions were truly unforgettable. I highly recommend this B&B for a restful and enjoyable experience.
